Holidays: Pro rata to 40 days (8 weeks) per year inclusive of public holidays. 7 weeks are fixed and 1 week is flexible.
Life Cover: Non-contributory death-in-service benefits equivalent to 3 times salary. Eligibility after 12 months of continuous service.
Pensions: Automatic enrolment when criteria met (Workplace pensions: Joining a workplace pension - GOV.UK) in the Garvald Edinburgh Pension Scheme. If the criteria are not met staff can still ‘opt in’ to join the pension scheme. Employer contributions are 7.2% and employee contributions 2.8%.
Carer’s Leave: Up to one week's paid carer’s leave within a rolling twelve-month period.
